- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a unwilling customer for 25 years. Doing anything with national call center and the local Oxnard service office is like pulling teeth. No matter what you are calling about, you will get transferred four times and spend a lot of time on hold. When you arrive for your Appointment time you will wait at least an hour. The techs don't listen to you. They decide what is easiest for themselves and that's what you get. Shame that I don't have a choice as my insurance will only authorize them. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst company I have ever dealt with. The wheel chair was so heavy I was unable to use it. The hospital bed was hard, too short, and the mattress was completely encased in thick plastic. I stopped using it on third day as you end up lying in your own sweat and getting bed sores. I would recommend that everyone avoid doing any business with this company.
